The J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 鈥淩io鈥?is a collaboration by the popular recording artist on a colorway of the classic Jordan sneaker inspired by his son, Rio. J Balvin and Jordan Brand have worked together on colorways of the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 2, and Air Jordan 3 in consecutive years since 2020. The 鈥淩io鈥?represents the fourth project between the two entities, and second on the Jordan 3 following 2023鈥檚 鈥淢edell铆n Sunset".鈥?As for the design, the shoe features a black leather base with classic grey elephant print on the toe and heel inspired by the pattern found on the original Jordan 3 from 1988. A gradient midsole with a Solar Flare and Total Crimson Abyss color combination matches the appearance of the heel counter with 鈥淣ike Air鈥?on the left shoe and J Balvin鈥檚 signature smiley face logo on the right shoe.
